Ultra Decking offer a delivery service in which orders will be dispatched within 14 working days from date of order confirmation unless notified otherwise. Please note this is subject to change.
Due to our delivery schedules Ultra Decking will try to give as much notice as possible - usually within 1-4 working days.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are possible but will incur additional charges. Please contact Ultra Decking on firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on weekend deliveries and additional charges for your area.
Once your order has been picked and packed ready for delivery a representative from Ultra Decking will contact you to arrange suitable delivery dates.
All Ultra Decking orders are dispatched for delivery through our partner couriers who have over 60 years of experience to ensure a professional and timely delivery service and peace of mind for all Ultra Decking clients.
To keep delivery charges to a minimum for all Ultra Decking clients, the delivery service offered is with a sole driver who will require assistance with the offloading of all Ultra Decking boards and products.
Ultra Decking should be informed of any damage within 24 hours of deliveries.
If special access or assistance is required during delivery for the offloading of Ultra Decking boards and products, please notify the Ultra Decking representative when he/she calls to arrange a delivery schedule or email: email@example.com
Please note: Ultra Decking can provide additional personnel to help with offloading Ultra Decking boards and products during delivery, however this will incur additional labour charges.
Ultra Decking only deliver to mainland UK. Please contact Ultra Decking or email firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery rates to the Scottish Highlands.
Access to Your Property
Goods will be placed as near to your property as the driver deems safe. It is at the driver’s discretion whether the goods are left kerbside or on your property. If you have a minimum opening width of 3.5 meters access the vehicle may be able to gain access but this is not guaranteed. If the driver considers your access unsuitable for whatever reason they are within their rights to refuse to unload or leave it as near as possible to the required destination.
For large volume orders with specific delivery requirements due to load size and weight, please contact Ultra Decking for advice.
If your property has any access issues or delivery concerns, please state them prior to or at the time of order or speak with a representative beforehand. The delivery vehicles are large and require adequate space to maneuver.
Please note: Once the details of your delivery have been confirmed between yourself and the Ultra Decking representative you must inform us of any changes at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery is due to take place. Any changes made after this time can result in you incurring additional delivery charges.
Orders for accessories and fixings only can be delivered via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
